I understand you are experiencing issues with your A10 + MixAmp TR. Here are a few steps you can take to attempt to remedy the issues.
Make sure the inline cable is fully seated in the headset and on the MixAmp TR.
Check and ensure that the volume wheel on the A10 Inline cable is turned up and not down.
Unplug the headset from your MixAmp TR and plug it directly into a smartphone. Listen to either a song or a video and see if you’re able to get audio.
