- Try connecting the USB to different ports on the console and ensure the console is identifying the TxD as your voice audio source.
- Ensure that all the connections from the TxD to the console are secure.
- If you are on XB360 ensure that the XBL Controller cable is in the controller and headset firmly. If you have another controller try it and see if voice chat returns.
