Please connect the headset itself directly into any smartphone or alternate device. If you’re able to hear clearly from both channels, then the headset itself should be fine.
If it still doesn't work, remove and firmly reinsert the headset cable. Try rotating the cable that's plugged into the headset at least a 1/4 turn. Make sure that the mute switch on the headset cable is not enabled (there should be no orange showing).
