My A38 will not connect to a cell phone after being previously paired.

Delete the A38 from the Bluetooth Device List on your cellphone (see phone's user manual). Put A38 in pairing mode by holding down the power button for 5 seconds after turning it on. Re-pair to your phone (see phone's user manual)
